delay ms to bpm?

I know there is a formula for bpm to ms for delays, I can't remember it, but does anyone know how to get from ms to bpm? i know my delay that is in ms is quater notes but I dont know how to get the bpm.

T = Tempo, M =ms delay for quater notes of tempo (T)
60000/T = M
so
60000/M = T

well i needed it because I have a song I wrote based on this little guitar melody that is heavily dependant on the delay I ran it through.
I knew the ms setting of the delay, so by using this I get the tempo.

it can also be very useful when using various effects inside the computer, some that are time based and us ms and some that are synced to tempo and you want to get the same settings exactly with each. just a useful thing to know for some people I guess.
