ay, haven't really done anything on my mpc (and other gear) recently. really just lacking the energy/enjoyment in a lot of stuff I used to do a lot, hoping that'll pass eventually.

But the teenage engineering OP-1, with how easily I can translate ideas into musical doodles, has been great as an audio sketchpad. here's a batch of some of the stuff I've made in the past months.

made this one today:

And whoa, this one was made with the MPC! (not gonna start a new thread for it)
a drum+bass sketch, based on an original melody+harmony i liked:

mpc sequencing+drums (with some PO-12 samples); minibrute lead; microbrute bass; TX81Z doing chords. plus bluesky + a cheap delay pedal for fx.
