CONTEST!!!!!! DOPEST PRODUCER

Well you know how people judge rappers: whose got the tightest lyrics, who can come up with somegood lyrics in a short time, freestyle (etc...)

ive got an idea:

We can see whose the tightest producer in this forum.....
The contest will be in threee catagories....
1. Sample Based: We'll come up with a song to sample from, and give all those who enter a day or two to come up with a beat off of that song.

2. Originality: This will be who has the best beat using all instruments no samples from songs

3. I dont know yet...

It can be like a tournament. So we'll need at least 3 judges as long as the number is odd-no ties.......
If anyone can elaborate more add to this post.......

Yeah Im thinking the prize could be: A sample package from modernbeats.com or maybe an accessory or something like that; Ill have to holla at them on that...
Plus Ill have to make a web site for this contest... Ive got someone to do that too. We can have each producer download their pic, bio (etc....) to liven it up....... I can finance it no problem.....

im not committing to anything yet, but i might be interested in the originality contest. but we'll see how this goes, and ill let you know for sure

Yeah Im trying to get sponsors right now as I type.......
This way the prize can be much bigger......
I even know some cats that work at 100.3 The Beat here in L.A. so that'll be more promotion and more competition too....

I'm not interested in competing but I will lend a hand to help get it going if needed.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing about the 3rd choice but that would be more on the lines of engineering....
But who knows Ive contacted two companies to get the website started...
The contest wont be until February....
So that I can line up some sponsors...... Im trying to make the prize some big sh!t like production equipment or something......

Ill have an officail form soon too........
