Yet another CF reader/MPC3000 possible implementation...

This is a Yamaha V769970 SCSI/IDE adapter. Forum search failed to show up any earlier mention. Is there a remote possibility these might work on a 3K with a IDE CF reader attached? They've been elsewhere reported to work with AKAI S5000s.

Just internet-translated the german product description:

The Yamaha bridge adapter above is a re badged ACARD model.

One that was made for OEM distribution.

Probably contains some code to limit device usage.

Roland also used a variation of this model.

I have just got hold of a certain ACARD model for testing purposes.

More soon as research results become available.
