REPEATING SAME SOUND VERY FAST

hello everybody
i have an akai mpc 2000xl mcd, i would like to repeat a same sound very fast like in this video at 06:00

moreover when i try to record in a sequence a sound pressing that pad very fast it sounds always slower compared to the real speed which i recorded the sound just before. please help me, thanks.

note repeat...?

that would be a note repeat button with apropriate timing set

repeat a sound very fast pushing a lot of times the same pad, for example when you have to change bar and for give more musicality you record the same snar repeating it 4 or 5 (for example) times but very fast.
