sd vs cf

hey guys...my mpc gots a sd card drive and a cf card drive

i apologize if this question is elementary......
what is better??? and if the mpc has the drive....do i need a card reader???
how does all that work

If SD cards work in your card reader drive, then I'd use those because they are cheaper. That's the only reason, otherwise, CF is fine.

As to your second question, that is what a card reader is - a drive that uses CF cards and in your case, SD cards. You might need a USB card reader for your computer so you can move files between the two.
