Silence....

Using 2000 classic and maudio to daw to track out my songs and on two songs when recording the sample track there is a .25-.5 of a second silence in the daw and I cannot hear it on the mpc. I tried adjusting the sample out in step edit as much as I could , turned up volume , the duration is set high on the pad , still cant figure it out, its like the space is there in the mpc but you can hear like an echo or something , could the daw not be picking up some of the sound? Any one with info thx in advance!!

prob solved..there was sounds on the sample that the daw would only pick up when sound was turned up hella high..adjusted the part of the sample that was not low in daw and all is good..
