MATCHING THE BPM'S OF LOOPS: EASY QUESTION

If one loop is say 90 BPM and another is 100BPM is it best to use the BPM match function in the Edit screen of the LOOP function? or to use time stretch?

they both do the same thing, just BPM is more of a rigid setup. Use what you like.

wait....i thought the BPM match is the time stretch option...if i'm wrong...someone please correct me....also....is changin the "tune" in the program menu the same as these two thing essentially? thanks

changing the tune will lengthen or shorten your sample, but also your pitch. BPM/timestretching will lengthen or shorten your sample but keep it at the same pitch (theoretically), so you gan drag out sounds w/out them getting deeper or shorten them without them getting all chipmunk sounding.
