Wassup People?,

I am about to custom paint my mpc, and I remember there was a thread for those who have done it. I can't find that thread..let me rephrase i can't find a response in the thread that talks about replacing the lettering once the paint is done. Someone mentioned that there is a sheet that can be printed and layed on the MPC to replace the lettering just like it came out of the store....does any one know what I am talking about?

This is what I want to/would do: Take a scan of the MPC casing and trace the words in a vector art program like Illustrator or Corel DRAW. Print your new graphic template onto a product called lazertrans which I think only works with inkjet printers and remember to print everything flipped horizontally. Once you rough up or remove the MPC's current paint and get someone to paint it (I recommend car paint) line up the lazertrans and put water on the back until the paper part comes off leaving just the black lettering (like a decal). Then send the MPC to an auto body repair shop to be clear coated.
