Q's about the 2000xl

What up doe....Im new to the 2000 xl ..but not to mpc one bit....

Questions goes as follows...

Im in the market for a new MP...just tryin to way my options...I love the sound of the 2000.....But I need it to chop my sample into 16 32 64....you know....this is a deal breaker for me...

so....Does the 2000xl have a chop shop in it....?

1. You can trim your samples to whatever you want with the 2000. Very easy and accurate with the copy zone function.
2. No the 2000xl doen't have chopshop
3. You can slice a sample to a number of slices
4. remember that those slices will never be accurate

Thanks for the quik reply ...Damn...I was lookin forward to takin it back with tyhe 2kxl.....But oh well.....

I'm so used to the 1000 and the 2500 that I cant do with out those functions I've become so acustom to...
