new here and need some help

I need to know is there some kind of way to get files from my pc using a zip drive and back into the MPC . I tried this and when i put the disk into the pc it said i had to format. once i did this the MPC would not read the disk . it even would not format to the MPC anymore . i was thinking about upgrading to the card reader , but how could you get the new OS if your machine does not have a floppy and you cannot transfer files from your pc ? good looking out if anybody can help me , thanks

try formating the disk in the mp then save your files to it, and then try and recall them on the PC. Has always worked for me. I generally use compact flash cards though.

Once it is formatted in the MP it should work in the computer from then on.

I think i got the problem solved , i formatted to FAT32 the first time ,so when i formatted to FAT it worked . thanks man for looking out anyway .
