Does anyone know of any good batch converters

I need something that will take 24 bit wav files in and output 16 bit wav files. i bought a drum pack and didnt think to look and see if it was 24 bit or 16 bit and I would like to load them into my mpc but can't because they are 24 bit.

Audacity or wavosaur should do this for ya.
