Broken Ram?

Hey,

My Mpc often stops and suddenly does weird things like changing the screen by showing some numbers and letters or playing all the sounds loaded in. I opened it, cleaned the ram sticks and put them back. It got better for a while, but now I got the same problem again. Could it be, that the ram sticks are broken? What could it be? Please help me!

It's an untrapped error, nothing to do except reboot and/or reinstall the os, but it will still happen again and you'll have to reboot.

So there is nothing to do? i think I'll have to sell my mpc...

I reinstalled the os on another floppy disk, but it still happened again. so there's nothing else to do now?
