My midi controller broke(m audio); so I went out and brought a keyboard a Casio CTW-5000. I was able to connect the CTK up usb to my computer as a midi controller. SO now I have that working with reason But the CTK do not have a midi connection in/out. I was wondering if I got a M audio sound card Audiophile 2496 4-In/4-Out Audio Card with MIDI and Digital I/O. connect that directly to my MPC 2000 xl would I be able to sequence on the MPC then.
Before My ozonic broke I was using a firewire connection to my computer with the midi controller going directly midi in/out of the MPC. Therefore I was able to use Reason as sound module. I want to be able to do the same thing. I would really appreciate any suggestions
