Can I tune samples on an MPC to match notes?

I have a 2000 and I wanna tune samples, specifically sub base notes but other tones too, to match other notes. Is there some way to do this internally on the MPC or can I do it externally with a chromatic guitar or bass tuner or something like that? Please let me know, thank you.

you can turn on chromatic tuning with 16 levels.
