The swing feature is the sh*t.
Usually a setting between 50-60 sounds buttery (give or take, according to tempo, blah blah, yak yak, etc)....
A Thought on timing in general: I've also found that a good default timing setting (quantise setting) is 1/16(3) instead of the standard 1/16. This seems to add a little more of a human feel than the 1/16 setting. (Unless of course you're after a very choppy feel, then adjust accordingly). The 1/16(3) timimg sounds ESPECIALLY nice on beats right around 80bpm......
