Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

I have boosted up the DB of all the tracks to 6 intead of 0 in mixer, setup.
Changed the volume to a good level, but when i reboot the mpc, load my program and add a new sound to my program the level of that sound is WAY lower than the other sounds. I guess when i reboot, load and add a new sound, that sound is at 0 DB, how can i boost it up to 6 without boosting all the other tracks again? Sometimes when i add a sound to a program after rebooting, its too low even at full volume. Help

in TRIM or PROGRAM you get a chance, try PARAMS....

TRACK volume gets boosted at the MAIN SCREEN, at the TRACK itself.

Rather than boosting individual track volumes why not try lowering the level on a few tracks. That will also make it easier to mix and be a huge help if working with a DAW.
