mpc 2000 xl new

i just bought one mpc 2000 xl se2 .... never work before on one, i try to read the manual but i still dont anderstand if it is possible to put 4 sounds on one single pad and how? because a already tried everything and no results.. Please help on this

It's 4 sounds per pad yes BUT over the 4 banks (A,B,C,D) Use MPC editor to assign your sounds on the pads.

you can layer pads cant you? I never did it before on the XL cause I never needed that but I know there is a way to make one pad hit more then one sample.

on the XL you can layer a maximum of 3 sounds per pad...

3 sounds? how? i only can put 2...
