Replacing Jog wheel pot on 20000xl

OK so the Jogwheel skips around from time to time. It's not too annoying, but it's sensitive and sometimes dangerous. Anyone have a video or tutorial on replacing that part. I ordered it and have it in hand.

Good looks, but I have part in front of me and was hoping to do it in an hour, to get it back up and banging. MPCstuff came through yesterday.

I realise it was years ago, did you ever replace the jog wheel on your own? I have the part and I am thinking of doing the same. If you have any helpful tips could you send them my way?
