MPC2000xl schematics.

I finally got my hands on the schematics and i can't make heads or tails of it.But anyways.......i just replaced the pad sensors myself but the top row is still dead.Any suggestions?Or am i stuck shipping it off to vstservices?

The top row is dead because you most probably didn't set the ribbon nice and firm in the socket on the M/B side. Try again and be 100% sure that the ribbon end is attached correctly to its socket.

Nah...it's in.I replaced it because the top row was dead.After i put the new pad sensor on it's still dead.I think it might be a cable or fuse.Appreciate that though.

Did you checked the socket? Could be a contact problem caused by corroded pins or a broken solderpoint.

I looked to make sure everything was connected but i'm not even sure what i should be looking for.But,everything looks ok.

Here's everything i have.It's the schematics and i think the service manual for the 500 is in there also.
