CAN ANYONE TELL ME THE BEST CONNECTION BETWEEN AN MPC 2000 AND A FOUR GIG HARD DRIVE AND CD ROM.

ALSO HAS ANYONE DISCOVERED A WAY TO SIMULATE TIME STRETCH ON THE MPC 2000 OR ARE WE STILL USING SOFTWARE ie ACID AND SOUND FORGE?

SCSI . scsi is actually smoother than firewire, just no where near as fast. and until you can retro fit mpcs with VGA adaptors, and firewire / usb ports-its the best thing.

actually, that would strecth the sample but also alter the pitch.

yo if you HAVE to use the sample, get creative and chop it up, youll be pleased with the results with a little practice.
