f-rom data erorr when loading .pgm

hello guys, bought an MPC 2000 on ebay three weeks ago. I´ve already chopped some nice samples on the MPC and can play the sounds back without any problems. I saved them as a pgm. file (without sounds) to floppy disk. Afterwards i turned the power off. If I start the MPC another time and go to the load screen opening the .pgm file a message apeares saying "f-rom data error". By hitting the pads the sounds don´t play back. I´ve got a similar problem with loading sequences. In this case there doesn´t apear "f-rom data error" , however, but the sequence also doesn´t play back, although the bpm adjustments and the names of the tracks and sequences are shown correctly in the main screen.
Also the beat.bar.tick field is counting.
I also tried saving the .pgm and .seq files to several floppy disks, because I thought something with the floppy was wrong. But there is still the same problem. The strange thing is if I save .snd files and load them again after turning off, I can play them back without any trouble.
I hope somebody got an idea about that problem.
