you may have to purchase a male scsi 25 pin to 25 pin cable. i think this is what you need. they also have converters that you can buy to convert smaller sizes to whatever you need but i think its easier to buy the cable itself. im not at home so im not able to confirm which size you'll need at this time but when i get back i can tell you for sure.

DONT quote me on this but i think this will work...........hope this helps. :D

I have a Zip question as well. I usually keep the zip plugged up to my MPC 2000 classic. Can I hook it up to my computer then download sample into the zip drive, then hook it up to the MPC 2000 again. Forgive me if this has been answered already. I did a search and couldn't quite find it.

You wanna get a parallel zip for your computer.Movin' your zip back and forth could short the fuse on your mpc.Connecting and disconnecting the zip when the mpc is powered can blow it.

Peace.

@unphaseable : Have you turned the terminator switch on the back of your zip to 'ON' ? If the zip is the only scsi device hooked up to your mpc or the last one in a chain then the terminator must be turned on.
