No ...there is no code in the "book" that you can utilize to re-boot your MPC if it's crashed.
My 2K use to crash a lot...and it ended up being a circuit board issue...easily fixed. You will crash a 2K if you make moves too fast. Back up often.

... My XL often don't crash... but when it goes during a new sequence 
it's messed up!!!
