It's kind of the opposite of what you got here^
Your Keyboards MIDI OUT Is going to the MPC's MIDI IN (1 or 2). So when you play the key... midi ON command is transmited and recorded to the MPC
Key OUT----------------------------->MPC IN
So to get the MPC to transmit midi data TO the keyboard, you need to have a track on the MPC selecting "MIDI"
The spot that allows you to scroll from DRUM1 to DRUM2 and select programs, that's the spot you need to scroll to the left to get "MIDI". Now just to the right of that, you need to select which MIDI out you're using. The midi in's are 1 and 2. and the midi outs are A and B to aleave confusion. So set it to 1A. I think it says 1A and something else... then you may have to set a paramater on your keyboard to make sure that you are receiving MIDI data, and may have to designate which INPUT you want to receive from.
As for this all pertaining to logic.... I don't know what you want to do exactly, are you sequencing on the MPC and just using Logic instruments? That would work the same way as using your keyboard, you would have to have logic recieving midi data via MIDI to USB or MIDI OUT to your interface's MIDI IN.
Everything previously stated is said with the assumption that you have the main audio outs of the MPC and Keyboard all flowing to a sound source. Preferably through a mixer, or else you will be transmitting data and not getting any sound, you can probably test this with headphones in individual instances to make sure everything is working. But for a typical workflow, all the devices need to have their audio pumping into something so you can hear it.
