Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

Man I don't know what to do.

I just got Pro tools and I planned a sweet honeymoon weekend of making sweet love to it with my MPC. I've been piling and cutting up samples for months just for the magic moment. I have 3 zip disk full. I brought a new IOMEGA zip off of the online black market aka: ebay and it was a dud! Contacted Iomega and they sent me a new refurbished piece of sh*t. I tried to load my zip disk in the new refurb drive and it wont read any of em says disk isn't formated and will only read one of them for some odd reason. Worse part the one it's reading doesn't even have good samples on it.

But screw that. Whats killing me is one of my disk that took me months to make is getting a disk read error and is clicking like a mofo. I'm ready to jump off my roof. I have so many samples piled up on this disk.

2 of my disk read fine on the MPC but I need them on my computer. Is there anyway that the MPC can take samples from a zip disk and burn them onto a CD-R?

I'm desperate and also what can I get to replace these POS ZIPDrives in the MPC?

Does anyone know of any tips to try and fix a busted disk? I know you've guys have been there before any help is appreciated.

MPC to computer get a USB zip. I've got one just like this http://cgi.ebay.com/100mb-Zip-Drive-USB ... 35ada9b956 and it works great. To go from computer to MPC you have to first format your zip disk FAT16.
