Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

Where the ribbon plugs in to the back of the floppy drive, I believe it is possible to plug it in either way.
Usually if you plug it in wrong, the mpc won't start and all the lights come on.

Just had a look at my old floppy drive and ribbon. It does look as if your ribbon might be round the wrong way at the end which plugs in to the circuit board.

You need to try to twist the ribbon through 180 degrees so the red stripe on the ribbon is towards the bottom of your picture.
I realise English is not your first language but I can't really explain it any clearer.

Well the ribbon is too short i can do nothing
i tried by holding the driver in my hand, no folded thing but still no start
