sampling from turntables

ok i figured it out:

i was plugging the RCAs into the PRG2 line outs, not the OUTPUT line out
of my mixer.

it samples fine now.

anyone into recording for a minute, knows that you sample with all your levels flat ( for the most part ). since the mpc came out , sampling has been 99% off the turntable. so ya'll aint dealing with nothing new, just new gear. I have the technics dx1200, but i sample from my 9 year old gemini scratch master sometimes for kicks. no gripes.

If you need to get ghetto, sample from the head phone out, Improvise!!!
