Syncing with Logic9

I have a MPC 2000xl and I want to dump my tracks into Logic. I want the MP to run Logic but for some reason it doesn't run in time. I tried the offset but it is till off. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but if anyone can give me any info on this I would greatly appreciate it.

If you want to track into logic..run a midi out from our interface an into your mpc. In logic goto preferences, then synchronization, the click the box above destination. On the mpc go to the midi window and set mic to on and set midi to "midi clock" this will allow ur mpc to start once you hit play or record in logic. If you have 8 outs on the mpc, you can start with an empty project in logic. When u creat track, click on ascending. This will allow I to record 8 tracks simultaneously in logic.
