Where to find 1.20 upgrade zip disk?

I just got a 2000xl finally, and am planning on updating to a cf reader. only problem is, I need to have 1.20 OS installed to make it work. but i have no zip drive access. is there a supplier somewhere? or do i have to buy a zip drive and discs just to start my process? any ideas?
