Properly testing the 8 outs.

Hi,

I have an MPC2000XL with 8 outs that I want to sell, but to prevent getting trouble in the future I want to test my 8 outs since I've never used them before.. How do I do this? Just put a cable in the assignable out 1 and then to my audio face? Or do I need to change something in the settings?

Also, I believe I have this Mutec 8 out board where some people say it doesn't work and others say it does.. Could anyone shed some light on this?

to change the audio from the main out to the 8 outs you do that on the mixer screen

change the pan at the top to 1=mono and 1/2=stereo an so on.

Thanks for the replies! Though I don't own the manual (and yes I know I can download it so it's a weak excuse) I still got to test them thanks to the first reply.

And luckily, even though it's a Mutec board, the 8 outs work!
