Transfer means copying a computer file from one disk/memory card to another disk/memory card, as a computer data file
Recording means sending an audio output from the MPC to a computer audio interface audio input, and recording the audio from one device to the other device, as an audio signal.
Two different processes!
Two different, but possibly similar results.

There's no confusion you're the only one that's making something simple a problem...if it was that serious Simon should have had a problem with it not you...you're coming on my ccomment disrespecting me l didn't come out my mouth at you like that-Im a man not a child because it wasn't that serious. And to answer your question, no- there's nothing wrong with me. And the last time I checked TRANSFER means to move from one area to another that's all I wanted to know....plain and simple.
