best way to connect mpc into my daw

I need some help setting up my gear to get the best audio with what i have
I want to use my 8 outs ,whats the best way to connect all my audio cabling?

Components:
1-Mpc 2000xl (8 outs,32 mb,zip disk)
1-M-Audio midisport uno(midi/usb interface)
1-Imac Core 2 Duo 2.93(4mb ram,snow leopard)
1-Rane TTM 56
1-Behringer ub1002(10 mono input)mixer
1-Alesis q25 (usb midi controller)
2-Vestax a1s Direct Drive straight arm turntables
Ableton Live Suite 9
Logic Pro 9
Torq 2.1
2-M Audio monitors

on the mpc do i just connect the 8 outs to behringer or should i also connect the stereo outs to the behringer?

i seem to recall going midi into smpte on my audio interface and tracking that way into logic or whatever. that seemed to work fine. i do want to get my 8 outs sets up through my mixer though and see about dialing that up, and then tracking from the mixer into the comp.
