Hey everyone, i'm pretty new to my mpc2000xl but have been learning quickly however I am stuck on one major problem. If I load a .wav sample in either manually or via a .pgm I end up with a sample that loops forever when the key is held down. I want everything to be a one shot by default, not a loop. Why is the mpc defaulting to loop my samples instead of one-shot. When I go into the trim->loop page I find that loop is set to on on each of them. Do I really have to go and set loop to off for each sample??
I'm hoping to be able to use 2KXL to build pgm files and load them up with each sample being one shot (or even just like hold-to-play but never loop) which is working except for the fact that the sample starts over once it reaches the end.
Thanks in advance!
