zip drive help again

i got the parts from mpcstuff so i install my zip drive and the lights come on but thats it. the parts were a cable that had blue on one end and gray on the other and a orignal undamaged floppy drive power cable. well here is a pic EXCPT THAT ONE END IS BLUE

it looks like you have a different ide cable than the one from mpcstuff since i dont see blue at either end; you need an old 40 wire/40 pin, not the newer 80 wire one which might be what youve got since the pic inside the mpc seems to have a different ribbon cable than the pic above

the first pic is one i got from mpc stuff. the second one is the one that was allready in there. i think my zip drive is dead cause no lights come on the zip drive
