Hey,
I just bought a MPC 2KXL with a cardreader build in already. But it seems like it only reards cards that are in "fixed mode", since thats whats written on the 256 mb SanDisk compact flash I also received.
I now bought an SanDisk 1GB CF, and found this tutorial:

But that´s not working for me. In BIOS there are no options for Master / Slave or something like this. I asked a friend, same for him
Now I´m kinda desperate, since I spend the whole day searching the web for another way to set my card to fixed mode.
Has anyone experienced something similar?

But there is now solution for my problem not to be able to set my CF Card to fixed mode.
Can somebody help me? Are there any other solutions? Maybe special formating on the PC or MPC or so?
