MULTI CARD Drive

I stumbled upon this on ebay

I've got a couple of questions

1) Is it as easy as taking out the floppy drive installed in the 2000XL and installing the Multi Card Drive in it?

2) Are there different kinds of Multi Card Drives? Is there a specific brand or model? (i'm concerned about compatibility.)

I'm weighing my options about my file storage, whether i'll get an external scsi HD or this Multi Card Drive.
