JJ OS for 2000xl?

jive suck's, would love to see a jjos on the 2k/xl

man, i wouldn't really care.... I had a few things i would have liked but I wouldn't go that far. The XL is what it is... and I like it that way.

Why are you guys responding to this moron? He took the time to dig up this thread and resurrect it, but doesnt know how to use the search function!

I had no MPC forums when I started, and none of my friends had MPC's to teach me. I had to teach myself how to learn. You, and half the **** up on this site nowadays are whats killing this site. Didnt W. Steele just inform us that Lamp would no longer be around??? I wonder why, lmao.

Unless we get covert ops installed at numark hq we have 0 chance of getting a new xl os.....somebody get to work

Tho I have never owned my own MPC(yet, my 2000 Classic is on it's way), I have used them so many times, and i must say, i wouldn't expect a JJ OS for the 2000 or 2000XL... Simply because, tho ppl love the 2000 and XL, a lot more ppl love the 1000 and 2500.

JJ was contracted by akai to make the OS for the 1000 and the 2500. akai ripped him off by not paying what he was owed. because of that JJ owned all his work he did and released it on his own and continued to work on it and make updated versions....

i'm about to buy the MPC 2000XL .... any objections.. this will be my first mpc and i've heard great things.... should i make the investment or should i get another mpc? would be great to get a quick answer as i only got a few hours before headed to the store...
