I bought my mpc 2000xl with a cf card reader and recently started having problems with it. So I opened up the case to see what's wrong with and it turns out that some of the pins on the device or whatever it's called cf flash card reader are broken. So I was hoping to get a new one that is hot swappable and well built as far as inserting the card as well as reading different format types. Now the one I have gave me the ATAPI option when I would load sounds and, the card that it came with says not too reformat. There's also a sticker on the card that says The CF-CARD SCSI card reader drive. I'm not too sure what that means but I have provided a picture below. I'm really looking to deck out my MPC and of course don't want to waste a lot of money depending on what my options are. So, if anybody can please give me some recommendations it would be much appreciated thanks.
