Converting files from MPC 500 to MPC 2000xl

So i recently made the switch from the 500 to the 2000xl (Boner).
But I forgot to bounce all my projects on the 500 so now I have .pgm files and .wav files that the 2000xl can't read. I would like to be able to read my projects from the 500 on the 2000xl but that doesn't seem to work with any freeware i've seen, just the other way around 2000xl projects to 500/1000. Any ideas?

Awave Studio should convert the PGM files, although I can't vouch for the accuracy of program parameters. The XL will happily read the WAV files, the XL fully supports 16 bit WAV.

Other than Awave, I don't know of any software (or MPC for that matter) that can convert MPC1000/500/2500 PGMs to older legacy formats.
