How do i get sounds from my computer into my mpc?

When i say sounds... i mean every type of sound there is. be it from the cd player in my computer and internet sound files. tanks>

more specifically, how in the hell do i do this:

"Load up the drum break SLBEAT.wav from the tutorial download. This is a nice simple beat which will be easy to loop"

do i need a zip drive to do this? what the freck? i have pro tools digi 001 and big bad ass G4!

Your using a new mac so I'm assuming you don't have a floppy drive, if you do, copy the file you want to load onto the floppy and load it in the mpc. If you can't do that then you can sample the file by plugging in some 1/4 inch cables from the digi 001 otuput(or waht ever soundcard your using to route audio through) into the mpc record in jacks.
