converting .snd files to wavs using a pc

anyone know of a pc program that recognises 2000xl snd files and can convert them into wavs? i know the mpc can obviously do this but i want something on my computer - soundforge/cool edit/recycle doesnt recognise them, and mpc-editor only saves in the same format as you load it in. thanks

mpc's recognize .wav files if that helps
