Can anybody tell me the difference in Sampling
Left Mono, Right Mono, or Stereo?

Drums usually mono.
High freq sounds usually stereo ie. hhats and percussion.
Samples with effects that move from left to right usually need to be
sampled in stereo. Mono samples take up half the memory space
that stereo samples do.
Main vocals usually mono, and background usually has some effect which means you might wanna do background vocals I stereo. There are variations in each process so experiment and see which one suites you but that's something to start with.
