Just bought a 2000 + and This is what I plan to do

So, I have been making beats for a while on the computer via ableton and the push. Ive been wanting to get away from the computer, to an extent. So, I bought a 2000. I figured I could sample VSTs I like and build beats in the 2000 and then track out via the 8 outs. The only issue I can think of is a potential loop while sampling into the MPC and having the stereo outs connected to the same interface I'd be sampling from. For this, I figured after I'm done sampling I'd just disconnect the record input Id be using.

If you guys have any tips or things I should look out for I appreciate it, otherwise Ill continue to dig around and learn whats already been posted. Oh, Ive read that staying away from sync with ableton is probably the way to go. Looking forward to getting this figured out. Thanks.

As long as you don't turn on the Monitor option in the sampling window of the 2000, there won't be a loop.
