Im looking for the kit to replace the floppy drive on my MPC. I already have the internal 250 zip ready to go, but I also know the wireing is a lil different too. Any one know where to get one?

You should be able to install the 250 Zip without the kit. It really isn't very hard. I just recently installed an internal Zip less then a month ago. Even for a person like me who is scared to delete anything off a computer, I thought it was relatively easy.

I got a 2000xl zip 100 internal ...

Do I only have to buy any kind of 250mo zip drive and replace my former 100mo???

Is loading time longer with 250mo instead of 100?
