Why is it that when I sometimes sample, trim, and loop a drum pattern it sounds completely "in the pocket", and then I check parameters section for bpm count, and I record it at the said bpm into a sequence (already turning loop function off at this point), it doesn't sound in the pocket anymore? It sounds ever so slightly (very slightly) off...
Is the parameter bpm info sometimes incorrect? Sometimes it is so close, that if I either alter the tempo of the sequence by .1 or the tempo of the sample, it is even more off. It just doesn't sound like it loops well in the sequence, there is an almost molecular moment of space before the sample starts again. If I return to sample edit mode and turn loop back on, and just listen to it loop in this screen, it still sounds fine.
I haven't had the patience to keep loop function on in sequence screen adn hold my finger down on the pads, that shit will drive me insane and I don't think it will make a difference, maybe I'm wrong.
Please help me!
thx in advance.
