Hi there,
I have a MPC 2000 which has a CF card reader in from before I bought it. It was scrolling through the SCSI ports then coming up with 'Insert MPC2000 Disk!'. On advice I found through this forum (somewhere), I bought a floppy emulator to get the OS onto the machine. That worked so put back in the CF card reader and with one card it does the same as before and the other card just comes up with 'SCSI READ ERROR !!'.
Does anyone have any idea what I can do? I can't really just leave the floppy emulator in as the tray that's been installed for the CF card won't budge and means the Gotek won't fit when fully assembled.
I'm obviously new to this and I have done as much trawling as I can through forums but I'm finding stuff that is either irrelevant or not working.
Any help would quite possibly stop me going insane.
