Multi-Card drive in 2000XL

Does anyone here change the floppy to Multi-Card drive?
What about it? And what OS works?
I can't trust in iomega zip drives anymore...

Maybe this one (http://www.synchrotech.com/products/card-rw_32.html) would work?
