Either you'll have to load them up one by one or if you have a *.APS file (All Programs and Sounds) you can load everything that is included in that APS file at once.[/img]

Q: if i load an APS where will they be loaded ontu, are they saved as seperate sounds on individual pads and do i then choose the pads and record my basic beats onto seq 1?

An APS file loads All Programs and Sounds (thus the name APS). It is made when you choose the save APS on the MPC. The MPC will then save ALL PROGRAMS AND SOUNDS residing in the machine at that time. If you later load that APS then your machine will return to it's previous save state. How's that?

There's no APS files in Phat Drums. You can either load up multiple programs (PGM) or load up sounds individually and then create your own kits. Personally, I would load up a kick program and then a snare program so you have 128 sounds in memory, then create a new program and start mixing and matching until you find the combo you want.
