EB16?

what can you tell me about the eb16 sampleverb effects processor? what kind of effects? is it better than getting a separate module?

I bought the eb 16 last month for 130 $ and i wouldn't spend more than 150 on it now .The effects are pretty basics ( don't buy it if you 're looking for good reverbs ) , what i use the most is the eq since the filter of the stock mpc is only low pass .the rest is classic ( flanger , autopan , echo , all very metallic and digital , depends on the music you're into but can be cool ).Anyways the cool thing is you have a special mixer for the effects ( so each sample has his own volume / amount of effect ) and that what really makes the interest ( especially if you don't have outputs expansion ).

where did you get it for so cheap? i've tried to find it on ebay w/ no luck. all the sites have it for 330.

it depends on where you are .I bought mine on a shop in san rafael ( california ) but it was an old stock ( i found the box where the second hands stuffs were displayed and i'm quite sure nobody knew it was there ) .Anyways , try to get the guitar centers in cal ( one of the guys told me that they had 100 $ ones but they never contacted me again and i don't wanted to spend my time with these guys anymore ) .
